This is a bill to substantially reduce the role of the state in the lives if its citizens, and furthermore to bring power and decision making closer to Likatonians. We feel that the market forces should be applied to the health industry, bringing down prices and waiting lists and raising the quality of service and expertise. However the state will still provide for poorest of Likatonians, nominally the elderly. |
