MessageThe corporate income tax generates little income - smaller than our current surplus, but is a significant burden on business, and is expensive for businesses to comply with, and for the government to administer. We do not need it, and would be better off without it.

MessageTaxes are not difficult to administer, unless businesses neglect to pay, and then the papertrail begins. Also, the budget is comprised of quite a few small taxes to generate income. This does not make them invalid, because they would generate - at both state and federal level - a significant income combined.

The Vanuku Sinatranoan Party believes that businesses must be supported. But by the same token, the country will only succeed when all contribute to its wealth through various means. In the case of business, permits and taxes are the most immediate and budgetable forms. Whilst any business owner (and even private citizen) may curse taxes and permit fees, at least they know what's coming and can prepare accordingly.
