MessageMixing religion and state should not be an option. The right of seperation of church and state guarantees the rights of minority groupes as well as the majority to have certain rights guaranteed. If students want to pray a student may lead a group in prayer. If they want to pray and worship they can. However, the state teachers cannot be having to make an example of religion to their students, that is their parents' jobs and thier preist's job. Not the states. Besides if the school does "decide" then how are they going to do this? There is always going to be objections. What do you do? Tell them their religion and what they think dosen't matter and we make religion into politics? That makes no sense and there is a reason for this seperation.
