Message | OOC: a plurality was all that was needed anyways, so the verdict can be proclaimed. Even though this verdict comes from the previous cabinet, a plurality was reached previous to the cabinet change. We suppose that, lacking any other guidelines, the current cabinet will decide the sentence: IC: A plurality of ministers has found Kayabuki guilty of violating Sekowan administrative law. Let sentencing begin. |

Message | OOC: I don't think that anyone else is going to finish this, so AUP, will you please make the bill for the punishment part so we can get this over with. |

Random fact: Particracy is set in the fictional world of Terra, which mirrors the real world of today and yet is not quite like it. |
Random quote: "Civil disobedience. . . is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that numbers of people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience. . Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, and all the while the grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem." - Howard Zinn |
