| The right for political parties of the Diet to employ militias for their private purposes independent of the Holy Luthori Empire's foreign policies. Article 1: Militias shall amount to a total of 175,000 troops and Article 2: Political Parties shall be authorized 1,000 troops per seat in the Diet for their private defense. Article 3: This resolution becomes void upon a change in the amount of seats in the Diet. |
