Message | It isn't a matter of "R&D" -- which is doing perfectly fine with our considerable Science and Technology budget, and does not need to be further "stimulated" at all. And even if it were, that's far less important than any one of the five points that I had mentioned, let alone all of them. As for "protection", it is the people of our nation and the world who need to be protected from illegitimate governmental intrusions such as this. |
