| Ladies and Gentlemen of the senate it has been unearthed that we may lay claim to some of the lands to the south of us. This land belonged to the former empire and is no longer part of any real nation and we have to stake our claim through politics first and if not, through military means... I now put it to the Senate that we shall take the lands that we have asked for through political means, if this fails this bill will enable the Military to cease these lands by force. Two Thirds of the Senate must agree to WAR which may occur if this bill is passed.
