Several factors influence the proposal of this Bill 1) We believe it is the right of citizens to determine what enters their body 2) It is our view that cannabis is on par with tobacco and given that ciggarettes are available we believe cannabis should be also 3) It will significantly reduce organised crime as they will be deprived of a revenue stream 4) If it's legalised, we can tax it ;) |
