More of the same, but with an enivromentalist twist. Article 8 -The government will yearly auction off pollution quotas that can be traded on the open market; failling to own enough quotas to cover polluting will result in substantial fines Article 9 -Fair pay will be agreed upon in negotiation, and should this fail by arbitration by a fair compensation court (like with eminent domain) |

Message | We will agree if the Article dealing with the enforcement of Health and Safety regulations is removed. While we do not agree 100% with this, this has several points we find nessesary. We will compromise, and vote yes on this. |

Message | In our opinion, there needs to be health and saftey regulations. We will compromise. If you alter the bill to devolve the Health and Saftey regulations to the local governemnts, than you have our support. Other than Article 6, we love this bill. |
