| This is a bill against the use of Biological and Nuclear warfare on civilian areas. We all know how destructive and permanent this is and we should have enough intelligence and compassion to understand that the civilians should not suffer for their government's mistakes. |

| Message | I disagree citizens should be protected from such harm. All the citizens have done is live in a certain area, so you bomb them? If the military is not under control of the government then serious actions need to take place. Intervene is what the government does. Don't take away that power from yourself you deserve and need it to run a country. |
