Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE
This act may be cited as the 'Free Enterprise Act 2584'.

Sec. 2 PROVISIONS
The Minister of Trade and Industry shall immediately execute the full sale of all publicly owned corporations and enterprises to private interests, with the exception of the national radio station, defense corporations, and electricity production and distribution corporations.

Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS
The sale of nationally owned industry, as required by this act, shall be executed in full not less than three years following the passage of this act.
