| Kirlawa's current quotas for articles proposable per party, both for the maximum that can be held at once and the amount regainable per year, are currently twelve. However, recently few of our parties have been using anywhere near that many. Reducing this number from twelve to six would track parties' actual usage more closely, and might even spur semi-inactive parties to more frequent participation. Of our neighbors, currently parties in Aloria regain 6 per year, Dundorf 2, and Kundrati also 2. Currently, Alorian parties can hold up to 8 at once, Dundorfian 5, and Kundrati 10. Therefore, six does not seem unreasonable. |
