We propose that basic controls are adopted in the following areas; Article 1: so as to ensure those who are claiming passports are a) entitled to one and b) need one. Currently it is relatively easy to aquire a legal passport, for a person who does not exit, or who is not actually legally entitled to one. Article 2: so as to ensure that the authorities are aware who is in the nation, and so that wanted criminals are detected upon entry. |
