| An Act to Create a Committee for the Promotion of Hobrazian Patriotism Recognized; the governing purpose of the Communist International (Comintern) is the violent overthrow of legitimate national governments, including the government of the Second Imperial Republic of Hobrazia, and the construction of an illegitimate and ruthless transnational totalitarian superstate. Recognized; the affiliation of several Hobrazian political parties with an unpatriotic revolutionary council and with the Communist International poses a direct threat to the sovereignty and safety of the Hobrazian people. This Chamber directs those parties affiliated with anti-Hobrazian organizations to renounce their membership in said organizations. Furthermore; this Chamber agrees to form a committee on paramilitary organizations to investigate the possibility that anti-Hobrazian political organizations are actively recruiting and supporting militia organizations in Hobrazia. |

The Liberal Party of Hobrazia feels that in the 26th century, our political parties have a duty to participate in a politics that is responsible, peaceful, and productive. Membership in the Communist International (Comintern) or its Artanian subgroup, the Artanian Revolutionary Co-ordination Congress (ARCC), contradicts those beliefs. As evidence of this contradiction, the Liberal Party of Hobrazia directs the attention of members of the Chamber to the expressed purpose of the Communist International. The organization desires "revolutions and general strikes" and intends to "eliminate class hierarchies by a dictatorship". It opposes national governments like the Second Imperial Republic of Hobrazia, preferring instead an international, "stateless society run by workers". It commands a military wing, the Pan-Terran Red Army, which aids "left wing forces in coups, civil wars, and international conflicts". The Communist Party of Hobrazia is currently a member of the Comintern, and we ask them to leave now that they are adequately informed of the Comintern's anti-Hobrazian activity. Furthermore, the Artanian Revolutionary Co-ordination Committee exists as the Comintern's representative in Artania. This committee's purpose is to "coordinate all Communist revolutionary activity" in Artania. Member parties are advised to form militias and update the committee on the size of their military strength. The Communist Party of Hobrazia and the Hobrazian Peoples Party are both members of the ARCC. We ask them to leave the ARCC now that they are adequately informed of the ARCC's anti-Hobrazian activity. Furthermore, we ask them to appear before a legislative committee to testify on any potential para-military organizations they may have supported in Hobrazia. The Liberal Party of Hobrazia remains committed to principles of free speech and free political thought. We condemn in the strongest terms, however, any complacency with, sympathy towards, or support for violent organizations that oppose the very existence and legitimacy of Hobrazia. We have no political right to support the violent destruction of the rule of law. |

| Message | OOC: We have plenty of RP though you might not know of it as a new party, but we have been interfered with several wars and border conflicts both on our land borders and our naval borders with the TNC treaty, but ok, you can of course do this as a party RP. The Hobrazian Peoples Party will respond to this smear campaign from the Liberal Party prior to the april elections, not as a part of a investigation committee, but as a public debate on responsibility and recognition of free speach and internations cooperation. Yes, the HPP has a seat in the ARCC, but we have only acquired observer status, due to our history as a patriotic and nationalist party. We are not a part of the Pan-Terran Red Army, has not reported to anyone and is not even aware of any militia wing of or support for the HPP. We have seen no information of military wing or updating the ARCC of revolutionary projects by the Communist Party of Hobrazia either. We must also state that the HPP is not a member of the Comintern and has always been a speaker for patriotism, nationalism and primarily focusing on hobrazian and artanian issues. We though claim our rigth to enter and observe in any ideological or socalist gatherings concerning our continent and our nation, which is why we have a seat in the ARCC as well as the Hobrazian Front Bench and the Likatonia-Keymon-Hobrazia United Left Front. We call upon our government allies to defend the HPP right over these accusations and reject this smear campaign who's only outcome is to harm the HPP prior to elections and not in the interest of our people. We claim that the HPP for centuries (since 2149) has fought for the common hobrazian and our proud nation. We have always protected Hobrazian interests and been patriotic and nationalist. It is evident that the HPP has never participated in revolutionary projects and one must only read the history books to understand that the HPP has always been a spokesman for democracy and the peoples will, though we do not share the liberalistic and egoistic views of the Liberal Party. We claim that the people will choose it leaders and we shall show them the true way of freedom away from the constraints of capitalism and liberalism. We see nothing revolutionary in this, yet we again proclaim our right to observe organisations that promote such issues. We will not join this attempt to create a committee to investigate revolutionary institutions as we cleary can say that none of such exists. We can only remember one incident of anything coming close to revolutionary, when the Marxist Socialist Party of Hobrazia was connected to a bombing of another parties headquarter. We must again call upon the FPoH and the WSS!P to advocate for HPP innocence in this and again bring trust into the Chamber. |

| Message | We admire the HPP's record of patriotic loyalty. We have yet to level any antagonistic criticism towards them and we do not intend to antagonize them in the future either. Our resolution is presented with respect, but it is also a determined appeal. While we respect and admire the HPP, we put this resolution forward to demonstrate the incongruous pairing of patriotic loyalty and membership in the ARCC, based on their stated intentions. The HPP is a loyal, patriotic party; the ARCC is a dangerous, revolutionary coordinating committee controlled by the Communist International. Both these points are factual. And so we emphasize our appeal to the HPP. Denounce the ARCC, appear before a committee to prove that the HPP does not fund or support militia activity (the ARCC's exhortation for its membership to "calculate" their militia strength is a just cause for this reasonable request), and keep your place as patriotic Hobrazians. You have not lost your patriotism, and our party never intended to suggest that. But now that you are informed of the ARCC's violent nature, membership in it and a reputation for patriotism DO become mutually exclusive. |

| Message | We disagree with our honourable colleauges LPoH in this and we will provide again material to prove our innocence even though we do not need to. We again must state that we solely have an observer status in the ARCC and thus have no obligations to the organisation, neither are we connected to the Comintern and will not follow their directions unless it suits Hobrazia and the HPP. We are again not aware of any revolutionary actions in Hobrazia and no plans of such. Certainly we would inform the Hobrazian Chamber if such objectives were under construction. The ARCC is a Artanian branch of the Comintern but do not answer to them if they feel diversity on opinions. The ARCC do not require any party to report the ammount of party militia, if any exists. The HPP will never answer to either the ARCC or the Comintern if we feel different on an issue. The HPP has no military wing or militia to support its democratic meassures, we are solely based on democratic values, but have our ideology and our strong political views. The HPP will never support a Terrawide or Artaniawide nationless society. We favor our hobrazian nation over internationally classless society, but promotes socialism, centralism and nationalism all over Terra, in Artania and in our affiliated party organisations, also the ARCC. The HPP do not support violence unless it is for defending yourself or your kind. We though favor a strong defence and the right to preemptive meassures if there is enough evidence that Hobrazia will be harmed. Thus we do support revolution, but not with violent meassures. We want to change our system and endorse other parties and nations in doing the same. We wish a socialist state with a strong centralised government overlooking, leading and protecting the nation into prosperity and succes. We understand those parties that turn to armed revolution and violence as they have no other options following the dispear caused by the constraints of capitalism, but we will attempt to teach them the meassures the HPP use, the great forces of democracy, the peoples will and the legitimate way of revolting and creating a socialist society. Thus we will not renounce our observer status in the ARCC. We furthermore will never stand before a committee to prove our innocence and patriotic ideology. It is every commoners knowledge that HPP has always fought for Hobrazian interest and the hobrazian democracy. We will not play the LPoH game and must deny their request. |

| Message | Whilst the WSS!P is, of course, concerned with national security and the threats that possible alliances with certain international and transnational organisations may hold in regards that security, we find it difficult to find the relative notions described in the above mentioned literature within the descriptions of the alliances mentioned in the aforementioned passage. Primarily that section which relates to "forming militias and update the committee on the size of their military strength." especially in regards national military provisions of this nation and, as such, we would be extremely grateful if the right honourable colleagues of the LPoH could find those sections for us. In regards the operation of paramilitary forces within the Second Imperial Republic, and its guises previous, we can find no record of our right honourable friends of the Hobrazian Peoples Party ever having been affiliated with any such organisations. Moreover, the We Say So! Party have worked with the aforementioned HPP on numerous occasions and, although we have often disagreed on many positions held by our right honourable friends, we have never found them to be anything other than highly patriotic Hobrazian nationals attempting to provide the best for this great nation. We actually find many of the newly introduced legislation by the LPoH to be providing more risk to Hobrazian service provision and security than we have ever come across from the HPP. We would also point out that this nation is a free one and that attempting to ban, or at least curtail, the allowance of any political party to be affiliated with any national, international, or transnational organisation would actually operate in the opposite vain to that of a free society, and whilst we find the idea of a completely communistic society uncomfortable it is not the duty of the government, or any of its affiliated Parties, to decide whether we can allow one type of free speech above another, so whilst we still allow parties to join organisations affiliated with highly capitalistic promotions we cannot, in all conscience, ban the affiliation to communist societies. Moreover, as the representative of the HPP has pointed out, their position within the ARCC is that of an observer and, as such, could actually provide vital information to the Second Imperial Republic of possible risks from the ARCC. In regards the CPoH's involvement within those mentioned organisations, we admit to being at a loss as to the extent of their involvement. However we would rather they inform the parliament now of that involvement rather than the use of a committee, unless they are unable to provide an adequate response to the parliament in regards that question in which case a board of enquiry might be required although we would prefer that as already mentioned by ourselves within the confines of this statement. |

| Message | The Communist Party of Hobrazia (PFDS) would like to clarify several things: We laugh at your totally ideologically falsified 'recognition' of the Comintern. It is evident that -we- are the toilers for a better, unjust world, in which the likes of the Liberal Party have -no- place as a class or political force. The Communist Party of Hobrazia (PFDS) does not embrace nationalism or patriotism, but revolutionary internationalism and anti-empiralism. Hobrazian parties cannot be forced to embrace nationalism, and the Communist Party of Hobrazia will resist this with all means possible. We will not renounce membership in any of these organisations because we are part of the column of revolutionary peoples that is fighting for a socialist, free and democratic future. Our column will crush you contra-revolutionaries and reactionaries with the force of the proletarians of Terra. While the Communist Party of Hobrazia (PFDS) does not currently maintain any armed forces or promote any armed forces in Hobrazia, we reserve the right to do so if it is in the interests of the proletarian democratic revolution. We will resist any efforts of this so-called committee with the utmost force and we will make parties that support these measures pay for their support dearly. |

| Message | To both offensive points from the HPP, we say: how dare you! The Liberal Party is a strong advocate for liberalism and free expression in Hobrazia. We are offering a resolution to promote Hobrazian patriotism, not a stop to free speech. Review please what we have called for: that the Communist Party renounce its membership in the dangerous Comintern, that the Communist Party and the Hobrazian Peoples Party renounce their memberships (both are LEADERSHIP members in the ARCC) in the Comintern's Artanian organizing group, and that this Imperial Chamber investigate militia activity in Hobrazia. The third is clearly legitimate, militia activity is not a legal expression of free speech; the first two are nothing more than nonbinding resolutions calling for the CP and HPP to renounce their leadership memberships in two violent organizations. Furthermore, we did not call for CP rhetoric to be "illegalized". We expressed our dismay at the expression of indecent provocations to violence; note, the CP has threatened to "crush you contra-revolutionaries and reactionaries with the force of the proletarians" and has threatened reprisals if this RESOLUTION is passed. These are outrageous comments, and we restate our shock at their expression. Do not confuse a call to decency with a truncheon. |
