Message* The Rt Hon Alexander Pedan, HM Foreign Secretary rises:

Mr Speaker,

We had naturally assumed that any peace treaty between ourselves and these people who call themselves Jews would include settlement over the issue of the Luthori Kingdom of New Jerusalem.

Let us not forget that this country took advantage of our civil war to occupy sovereign Luthori territory and eject our troops who were protecting the Christian population of that kingdom: separating some of the said troops from the families they had started in New Jerusalem.

I must encourage all our allies, all Luthori patriots and all Christian parties to vote nay.

I yield the floor.
