| The Holy Luthori Empire hereby shall "test" one (1) nuclear weapon on the city of New Bestat Hutori. The city has already fallen to the communists and is relatively undamaged compared to other cities. The nuclear missile would be launched from one of our submarines on the coast. The launch of the nuclear missile shall commence upon achieving a simply majority. |

We cannot ignore attempts by our neighbour to commit such an atrocity out of sheer spite at their defeat in Hutori. It is grossly misleading to pretend this is an attack on communism: the forces controlling Hutori now are not communists but a broad coalition of republicans. There is nothing ideological about of this crime: it is purely an act of unwarranted vengeance. |
