In order for our country to grow we need to encourage free tertiary education. This isn't just universities but includes apprentice schemes, polytechnics so as to allow the new workforce to have a greater knowledge. This will therefore encourage our economy indirectly. |

Old value:: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.
