Details
Submitted by[?]: Tuesday Is Coming
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2115
Description[?]:
Our current government spending has been cut in many areas. However, we still budget the same amount towards each area, as if no cuts have been made. This proposes to reduce the budget to reflect the spending cuts and allow another income tax cut. ------------------------------------------ This bill is tied to the following tax bill: http://82.238.75.178:8085/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=19771 |

Message | Defense, Justice, and Education have been barely increased in funding. Internal Affairs has been cut slightly. So has Agriculture, due to cuts in subsidies and redistributive costs(eminent domain). Economic Affairs has been cut to reflect the subsidy and eminent domain removals, as well as Infrastructure, Health and Social Services, and "Head of Government." A rather large cut was applied to Foreign affairs, corresponding to the reduction in foreign aid. These cuts will be combined with a reduction in the income tax, which TiC hopes to eliminate almost entirely by the end of the next term. |
