| ACKNOWLEDGING that, 1. The AGE OF TURNING into adults is 18 YEARS OLD, 2. The current law of MILITARY SERVICE is that it is compulsory for adults to serve for a term in the military after the COMPLETION OF SCHOOLING, 3. The mandatory LAW OF STUDY is until 16 YEARS OLD, NOTICING the law of CHILD LABOUR is mandatory. REALIZING that this causes, 1. Confusion as children after completion of mandatory schooling cannot join the military as they are not adults yet, 2. A hole in the law as an adult may find it possible by law to not join the service, if they only did mandatory education and then serve in the workforce (as it is mandatory), because they finished schooling BEFORE the age of adulthood, 3. Other negative causes. REALIZING that to FIX this hole is to change either the ADULTHOOD LAW, LABOUR LAW, MANDATORY EDUCATION LAW, or MILITARY LAW and that a change in the ADULTHOOD LAW is not the correct answer, and that a change in the EDUCATION LAW would disrupt the current educational cycle, and that a change in the MILITARY SERVICE LAW would be a huge disadvantage to the State (the Empire), WE PROPOSE to change the Labour Law and introduce that after mandatory schooling has finished, children have the choice (mandatory to choose only between the 2) to continue schooling or to join the workforce. WE PROPOSE that the additional regulation by the State (the Empire) would be that upon reaching adulthood, they must take temporary vacation from the workforce and join the military for a term. FOR THE EMPIRE!!! |
