MessageAlthough child labor is forbidden I assume they are allowed to take some lighter jobs like paper boys etc, so they do have some possibilties for a job

MessageThat was the point I tried to make the last time. Child Labor doesn't specify an age and we don't have a clear definition of "child."

MessageRemember this is about choice, the can continue in school if they want to and there is no statistic indicating that they don't continue in school (college or similar institution).

MessageBut those who don't want to continue in school should at least have High school education.

MessageWhat if they don't want to?

OOC: In the U.S., when you are 17 (in most cases) you have a high school diploma and you can actually drop out of school if you want to, I think at age 16 but I am not sure. Most people will continue in high school because they know that is the only way to get a decent job.
