I do understand the think of LP but URRA made a very good point about the fact that child labour is forbidden. Since I'm Minister of Education and Culture I have taken this to be my responsibility to change. |

OOC: In the U.S., when you are 17 (in most cases) you have a high school diploma and you can actually drop out of school if you want to, I think at age 16 but I am not sure. Most people will continue in high school because they know that is the only way to get a decent job. |
