Description[?]:
The current state of the enviroment of Telamon is a disgrace. Nearby nuclear fallout in Hutori/Athlorcaea raises the possibility that radioactive materiel may indeed be present in our nation's north-east. We cannot allow our forests to be blatantly obliterated, leaving ugly hillocks and dale bearing the signs of abuse and mass-murder. Furthermore, these very trees may be contaminated. Who amongst us would volunteer to receive the very first radioactive desk? Or pencil? There are many items manufactured from our forestry industry that would go directly to our children. How can we justify allowing such a situation to continue? Suitable alternatives (and environment-friendly at that, too) to wood exist and should be used. Furthermore, we cannot tolerate dirty water to be pumped into the homes, schools and businesses of our great nation. Because of an even greater risk of contamination, we must uphold our values and support one healthy standard for the nation's drinking water. Other articles in the bill deal with the immoral exploitation of our enviroment and blatant disregard for the future of our nation. We must preserve what is given us if we desire a better world to follow us. Further concerns could result from consuming the product of fauna subjected to the questionable conditions in our north-east. We must take clear and decisive action to be a responsible government for a responsible people. Telamon deserves better and we intend to offer it. The Socialist Party seeks support on this matter. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
