Message | We cannot support this. DMC's are inherently poor at managing companies. They are slow to react to changing economic conditions, cumbersome, expensive and just a poor way of operating within any form of market. However, we can accept that some businesses find them the best way of operation but it is the fact that this bill will encourage their formation by subsidising them and providing them with tax exemptions. If they are the best way of operating a business then there should be no requirement to provide them with additional support compared with any other private enterprise. Let them compete and sink or swim by their ability to operate in a competitive market, not by giving them an unfair advantage. |
