MessageAs the recent civil war in Hutori (now Athlorcaea) shows, we cannot yet afford to fully abandon our weapons programs, as much as we desire to. Similarly as unfortunate as it is, we still require a minimal intelligence agency. We are undecided on military service - on the one hand it creates a "special armed body of men" contrary to the concept of "self-acting armed bodies of the populace", but at the same time it arms and trains the proletariat to defend their gains should the government fall to the forces of reaction. While exporting arms to allies is more acceptable than freely distributing them, we would still prefer to block all arms exports, as these serve only to propagate new wars.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "Everything that is really great and inspiring is created by the individual who can labor in freedom." - Albert Einstein
