MessageIncluding all taxation (utilising the UB's income tax) the Republic of Hobrazia has an overall income of 397,099,100,957 HCR.
The above spending proposal would leave a surplus of 6,848,100,957 HCR to be used in times of emergency.

MessageI decided that spending had to be increased across the board (HoG excluded) but that a surplus was necessary in case of emergencies. I did consider reducing the HoG further, but it'll still have stuff to deal with so I think 3m should do it. Now all we need to know is how the HCR matches with other currencies and how much a single HCR can buy...

MessageThe proposed bill will result in a government deficit. We recommend that ncome tax be sorted out first and then we spend only the moeny we get in. We may also need to also increase another tax (we suggest the luxury goods tax) but the proposed amount may still need to be changed.

MessageAs mentioned, this bill can only come into effect if your income tax plan is passed, then it'll leave a surplus as recorded above. This spending plan is reliant upon your, or a similar income tax proposal, with similar income levels.

MessageDamn, there's been a reduction in corporation income by 7bn since this was worked out. If nobody votes for this until January, then it'll pass at the same time as the luxury tax increase and, hopefully, will help cover the change.
