MessageWe may be able to agree to Article 2, but Article 1 is absolutely proposterous. Advertising is one of the most important means by which businesses can promote their products and services, and raise awareness. We see no harm in this.

MessageLast time we watched Trigunian National Soccer team play, streaker ran for a goal and ... know what, ads started and whether he scored or not we only found out after 15 minutes being told about beauty qualities of new creme by General Trigunian Cosmetics..
This definitely has to stop!

MessageThe SA use a very localised incident upon which to base such a broad policy. Certainly, advertisements may sometimes be annoying, and may, on rare occassion, cause viewers to miss footage of a goal in a soccer game, but such minor and specific incidents are no cause for eliminating what is a very essential part of the prosperity of businesses. Television ads are cited as the most influential form of promotion for most businesses - should we even consider banning this method, merely because a couple of soccer fans missed a goal for fifteen minutes?

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
