Here is the language of the bill that established the supreme court:



Cobura shall establish a Supreme Court of three justices to review civil, criminal, and constitutional cases.


These Justices will serve no longer than 15 year terms. ( Max Term is 15 years not a day longer)

The Head of State can nominate 1 Justice.

The Cabinet can nominate 1 Justice. ...................................... .................. Cabinet must choose Majority or Entire Cabinet

The Assembly will also Nominate 1 justice. ( If no Justice is confirmed, the seat will be vacant)
the old judge will not continue serving past his term. = This Justice is the Oppisions Justice

A short Bio Should be posted about the nominee

Judges must be Independent and Listen to the Arguments and post a Fair Rulings.

Judges terms should be 5 years apart.

All Decisions Are Majority Decisions if there is a 3 judge panel.

Any party may bring an issue to the court, including those serving on the court.

This Court is the Highest court in the Land and Can not be overruled. The Court will allow Questioning of some of the Rulings.

There Can be an independent body Established to Review the Judgements but this Body can never overrule the highest court in the Land.

The Independent body Can Submit their Questions to the Assembly and the Assembly can Submit Questions to the Entire Court.

The Court can Determine the meaning of a law if the Law is to Vague.

The Court can Determine the Limit to a Law. And the Supreme Court May Rule a Law Unconstitutional.

The Supreme Court Cannot Remove a Law that is Ruled Unconstitutional.

The Court can just suggest that the Law be changed because it is Unconstitutional.

Supreme Court has the right to turn down any case.

The Justices must Approve to hear each case at least a 2-1 decision.

if there are only 2 justices than it must 2-0 to have the Case heard.
