Message | We support all but Section 3, and so we must vote against it. We will propose a ban on NBC weaponry without the "don't ask, Don't tell" rider attached. |
Date | 22:47:48, June 14, 2008 CET | From | People's Party of Kalistan | To | Debating the Kalistan Military Act |
Message | Well, we're not breaking up the bill for the joint smallest party, and if you haven't noticed, it's a member of the People's Party of Kalistan in charge of National Defence. |

Message | Fine. If your bill is described as trying to cut down on homophobia, I assure you that "don't ask, don't tell" only encourages homophobia, and gives the military an excuse to get rid of gays in the military who do "tell" or are outed by others. The description by your military minister is rather disingenuous. |
Date | 10:49:15, June 15, 2008 CET | From | People's Party of Kalistan | To | Debating the Kalistan Military Act |
Message | It prevents it because if you know someone is gay, the discriminators will immediately start on that target, "don't ask, don't tell" allows no one to know, meaning that no one will know whether someone is homosexual or not, i hope you'll learn to reconsider what you say, and vote for the more important sections in this bill, being biological and chemical weapons. |
Date | 11:50:48, June 15, 2008 CET | From | Revolutionary Freedom Party -- KEG SLAM | To | Debating the Kalistan Military Act |
Message | It is not reducing homophobia, it is writing it into the rules. Homosexuals have served openly in Kalistan's military for generations. It is a non-issue for our soldiers. |
Date | 16:21:11, June 15, 2008 CET | From | Socialist Party of Kalistan (SPoK) | To | Debating the Kalistan Military Act |
Message | We will support the NBC provisions, without the "don't ask, don't tell" rider which really has nothing to do with the other sections of the bill. |
