MessageThe argument for this reform is questionable. This is going to mean shifting tax money that was exclusively for the poor towards the rich. Big Government policies often are degressive.

MessageWithout this policy, the rich hire the best lawyers in the world and win every case, while the poor are handed overworked state lawyers that aren't nearly as good. Under this policy all will have an equal opportunity in the judicial system.

MessageWe honestly do not see this working and agree with our Liberal wing; not only would the cost be useless,if they are already overworked now they will be even more so if everybody has a right to their services unless you hire more state lawyers wich in turn costs money that could be spent sensibly elsewhere
