| As new (to become) conductors of Infrastructure, we would like to propose the changes below. We feel, that we can allow private postal services, still needing a state owned one. With regulation, these won't hurt the national postal services, but will bring in some race in the economy, and will provide an alternative for those, who don't feel the national postal service is the best choice. Still, it will be limited. |
