Bill: Judiciary Reform

Sympathetic jury's have neither the technical understanding nor the emotional restraint to judge medical suits. Actual judgement should be left to a medical panel. Message | We would not mind if it was a judge making the decision. What makes doctor's work so special is that ordinary citizens have no medical knowledge. If you know nothing about a topic you should not be allowed to make legal decisions about it. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
