The signatories of this treaty hereby express their opposition to the aggressive policies of Deltaria, and agree to break diplomatic relations with Deltaria. In the event that Deltaria launches a military attack on Quanzar, the signatories will consult with each other, on means to aid the Quanzaris in defence of their independence. This is not a binding military commitment, but an expression of support for Quanzar's independence. |
