This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| In the face of overwhelming opposition and public pressure, the Tsarist forces are in retreat and disarray. One of their number has attempted a coup, bringing the nation to the brink of civil war. In the interests of national stability and progress, we must remove the old, reactionary parties from power and install a popular, people's government. We hope all Republican parties support this as a vital first step - once the Tsarists have been removed, we can begin to reevaluate. |
