MessageWe support this, not as a measure of support for the Tsar, but as a realistic appraisal of international politics. A naked and defenceless Trigunia is more susceptible to outside influence and the possible installation of autocratic regimes.

MessageIndeed. Futhermore, we can use this to crush the UC revolutionaries.

MessageNow that the provisional government is set up I support this measure.

MessageWe can support this - all except for articles 4 and 7.
We feel that article 4 is well beyond the legitimate realm of government - we do not believe the government should be making military service mandatory, as an infringement on fundamental freedoms.
As for article 7, we do not believe that Trigunia's enemies should be free to purchase weapons from Trigunia - we believe that arms-sales should be decided on a case-by-case basis.

We will abstain from this legislation for now - if, however, those two article are removed or changed, we can definately support.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to make a reasonable effort to be accurate when communicating the rules to other players. Any player who manipulatively misleads another player about the rules will be subject to sanction.

Random quote: The Wolfsheim Virus is not a real actual disease in the conventional medical sense of the term. Rather, it is a cluster of symptoms which are just part of the general socio-economic disease that is capitalism. The main symptoms the sufferers are experiencing are a direct result of capitalist poverty, as in malnutrition, poor housing and so on, combined with psycho-somatic symptoms which are a direct consequence of the contradictions and stresses which are inherent to the capitalist system. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party
