| I. The Kazulian Armed Forces will be moved into the colonial area known as Arkutsk as of the passing of this bill II. Tsar Harry I. Waffles will be given the title Kniaz and considered the nominal Head of State of Arkutsk III. If the Kazulian Armed Forces meet any resistance from Trigunian colonial garrisons or other forms of the Trigunian Armed Forces than Article II is considered null and void IV. The Kazulian Armed Forces adopt a strict stance to not fire unless fired upon, the procurement is to be sought under peaceful means; if Kazulian Armed Forces are fired upon it will be taken as an act of war V. Any breach of Article IV by a member of the Kazulian Armed Forces will be considered a court-martial offense of the highest order VI. All peoples living, residing, or visiting in Arkutsk at the time of the procurement will be given Kazulian citizenship; VII. All those who refuse Kazulian citizenship will be transplanted to Trigunia at the expense of the Kazulian government, presuming Article IV has not been violated and no state of war exists between Trigunia and Kazulia VIII. The territory of Arkutsk and the four comprising colonies shall be fully transferred to the political and military control of the government of the Nordiske Republikken av Kazulia IX.
