| In order to strengthen our image on the world stage and bring about economic and military benefits to Jelbania, we will need to establish colonies. The following are proposals for our colonization: Article 1: The name of the new colony shall be Namviet aka the Namviet Protectorate of Jelbania. Article 2: The race of the population is Southeast Asian and their religion is largely Buddhist. Their form of government is a tribal society and their level of technological government is primitive. The land is rich with resources and the climate is tropical. They speak a tribal native language that is difficult to understand. Article 3: The colony shall be defended by the Jelbanian armed forces against all domestic enemies within the colony and all foreign enemies outside of the colony. Military bases shall be established in the colony. Article 4: The Protectorate of Namviet shall trade exclusively with Jelbania. The Protectorate of Namviet shall be under the complete control of the Jelbanian National Assembly. Local government officials shall be appointed by the Head of State of Jelbania. |
