| Message | We will support this tax structure in this bill, but feel that in the future, increasing the number of tax brackets anymore than this is unnecessary, and makes the tax code overly complicated. We do however, encourage the finance minister to continue shifting the tax burden up, and would like, ultimately to see a poverty line set under which people pay no taxes. We will propose legislation to this effect to guide the finance minister in the future. Most Serenely, SPoK |

| Message | The number of brackets will probably not going above 21 or 22. The next stage is the elimination of the lowest tax bracket in each cycle, while shifting the burden to the wealthiest Kalistanis. |

| Message | That seems like the idea. Those folks should either a: take a pay cut so they aren't so rich, or b: pay more in taxes so they aren't so rich. Poor people get the social services they need and it is undesirable to be rich on Kalistan. I support it. |
