Whereas automobiles should not be regulated by the government; Whereas subsidies for green vehicles should not be given by the government; Whereas emissions standards should remain in place; Resolve that the following articles be made into law. ADDENDUM I All cars registered in Rutania will be subject to emissions regulations and yearly emissions testing. Any car not found to be within these limits will need to be brought up to these standards through repairs within two (2) months. All owners whose cars are not within the standards after two (2) months will have to pay a fine. |
