MessageCan not agree to:
Article II
Telamon and Endralon shall agree to engage in free trade, not imposing tariffs on the imported goods of one another under any circumstances.

If Article II is removed then TNP will be a step close to agreeing.
Article VIII
Citizens of Telamon and Endralon should be allowed to move easily between the two nations. Border checks for any citizen of one nation attempting to enter the other should not be overly invasive or subject such citizens to the same scrutiny as those hailing from hostile nations.

We suggest that Article VIII is changed to:
Citizens of Telamon and Endralon should be allowed to move easily between the two nations. Border checks for any citizen of one nation attempting to enter the other should not be, when either of the countries are at a high state of alert, overly invasive or subject such citizens to the same scrutiny as those hailing from hostile nations.

MessageWe still wish Article III was softened to make it's voluntary nature more clear, but we'll still approve as is.

MessageThe requests of the TNP regarding article VIII are quite reasonable, however, we cannot remove article II.

MessageShould that be the case, I'll have to remove condition I. Article VIII was one which was strongly pushed for by Endralon, and I cannot not run the risk of disgruntling them if it will not garner more support for the treaty.

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that.
