Resolved, by the Senate of the Republic of Selucia: A) The ownership or possession of firearms by all private individuals shall be forbidden. B) Possession of a firearm shall be punishable by a mimimum of one (1) year in prison and a maximum penalty of fifteen (15) years in prison. C) Antique firearms shall be exempted from this Act provided they are disabled and made unable to use. D) Nothing in this Act shall be construed as affecting firearms in the possession of the police, military and/or legally registered bodyguards. E) This Act shall take effect one (1) year after passage. |

Message | We should make firearms available for all individuals. They need to be able to protect themselves. A mentally ill or criminal person will always get a weapon, and the normal individual won't have nothing to protect himself. |
