Message | We'll build them on someone else's territory, where we're doing the fighting. No-one will cross our borders now we're a nuclear power. |

Message | TRP, this bill just means we can't seize private property. It doesn't prohibit other ways of procuring private property. We could buy the property, ask the current owners to lease it to us for a specific time period, etc. All this bill does is to ensure the owner of the private property has a choice in the matter. DUP, you are assuming we are winning the hypothetical war, and are also assuming the nuclear deterrent will work. |

Message | I'm not assuming the deterrent will work: I'm just saying we would use our nuclear defences before we got to the stages where we'd be fighting on our own territory. We could use a scorched earth policy like the Russians did against Napoleon and Hitler, but scorch someone else's earth as we retreat across it. |

Message | Fortunate then, that we are currently not involved in a war. |
