MessageThe TPD has enough personal experience to say definitely no to non-contact discipline because it DOES NOT work on some students. Spanking and punishment all the way if necessary. The bill should stay as it is since each school should be able to decide what measures to take against the problematic cases.

MessageOf course it does not work on some students. But there are other means that could be used and the government needs the control over what the schools do decide to use and lack of decision making powers is the best option.
