We, the government of the Republic of Cobura, hereby accept that the Terran Olympic Games will be most definitely an apolitical event, free from all political and economic schisms. We pledge to uphold this and support the values of friendly competition, camaraderie and lasting international peace.

The Coburan delegate to the TOC, shall be Mrs Adelina Fonzwaro.
