CONSIDERING, that the crop a farmer grows and sells is his perogative,
CONSIDERING, industrial hemp is a valuable commodity which can be used throughout, especially as an efficient material for military use.

THEREFORE, we propose the Farmers of the Free State have the right to grow and cultivate hemp.
With acknowledgment to: former Chief of State Alexa Weinstein who, during her tenure as Minister of Food and Agriculture, authored this bill.
