MessageI know this bill will continue to be debated in the next session. I wanted to note that Kalistan has already ratified this treaty in their legislature. This is a first step to an economic trade agreement (which I should generate support across the political spectrum) and a mutual defense pact, which when war becomes a part of this game, will be an important part of Dorvik's security.
