...........Hello and Good afternoon. The RAFC situation is getting bigger by the Day. Our intelligence cannot confirm the Reports but we cannot pretend that the enemies has not claimed they have over 1,000,000 Rebels.
We must address this situation with caution. therefore to protect our nation we must Recruit more troops
But the Experts tell me that plain Recruiting will not do so we have to conscript our Force.
The Military understands that a voluntary Army is better but we must do what's in the best interest of our Nation. At this time. Once this situation is under control we will end conscription.

Current: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term in the military.

Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
