Bill: Freeing the media from the government
Details
Submitted by[?]: Demokratisk Pacifist Partiet
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2601
Description[?]:
It's absurd to have the government control the entire media, and this situation endangers and the freedom of the people not to have their opinions pre-filtered by a government-controlled media. We propose a comprimise that will both rectify this situation and satisfy the communists' need to have the state operate the media(and obviously satisfying the capitalists' need to allow citizens to create their own radio and television stations) |

Message | "All radio/TV stations are owned by the state." Stinks communist regime to me. I think there should be some personal freedom in the media. |

Message | "The Nazis were one of several historical groups that used the term National Socialism to describe themselves, and in the 1920s they became the largest such group. Nazism is generally considered by scholars to be a form of fascism. While not directly linked to any school of western conservative thought, like all strains of fascism, it drew many elements from and formed solid alliances with the political right." |

Message | The FRKP's got you there. NatSoc is just Fascism with a focus on racism rather than unitarism, which is what you find in pure Fascism. |
