Bill: Real Sex in Public Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Kirlawan National Party (Leftists)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2601
Description[?]:
We here at the DSP believe that there must be reasonable limits to personal freedoms, so that others are not harmed by someone expressing their freedom. We believe that sexual intercourse is something for the bedroom, and to be done privately, and not in public. We believe that intercourse in public could lead to children seeing such things, which could distress and damage them mentally. It also causes distress to other bystanders. Quite simply, there is a time and a place for such things, and out in public, with the seeing eyes of hundreds, is not the place to do it. It is neither the time nor the place. Let us be reasonable, having full-blown sex in a mall is taking civil liberties a step too far. There shall be small fines and punishments for those who do have intercourse in public. Let us vote yes to decency, yes to limits, and no to wildness. |
