| We feel that our taxes should be spent on Telamon and not on other nations when we get no benefit out of it, however if we have a policy of giving 'tied' aid with trading rights then we will be able to get something out of it which will benefit both us and the poor people. With trade the money goes to the people of the country unlike aid which can be taken by gangs and rebel forces. |
