CP: 48/600=.08>*13=1.04 > 1
AFFS: 44/600=.07>*13=0.95 > 1

MessageOOC: Remember that AUP announced he was away on vacation. I don't think we should consider this a snubbing of the cabinet proposition.

MessageOOC: I know. It is your call as Tenno to make the cabinets and decide what to do when people miss votes. (Sucker!) Heck, with all my trips (plus the vacation starting this week), I have missed a few cabinet votes.

So, getting back to my comment, I was commenting on what grounds of exclusion should this be based. Just wanted everyone to know that AUP would not do something to stop Sekowo from progressing. (A.K.A. la now-defunct Communists). AUP is better than that. That's all I am saying.

Sorry for the confusion, oh Holiest of Tennos. ;-)

Perhaps we should create an additional protocol to the cabinet proportional representation law.

Well I was actually thinking about something similar to what NPP is thinking.

Make a rule that if a party is known to be not active enough to vote on it for a specific period create two cabinet proposals, one with them included to show what the Tenno wanted, and one excluding them for the time being to actually get cabinets to pass in those situations.

MessageOOC: I agree with NPP that we should just let the Tenno decide what (s)he wants to do during their time in office. We can not account for all exceptions. Some of us do have a life outside Sekowo. ;-)
