| Message | No. The National Government has no right to limit any sort of travel between citizens. If the local community feels threatened, then they may impose their own limits. The national government, however, is unable to be checked in this regard by the people, meaning the "curfew" will inevitably be exploited. |

It is often in wartime that civil liberties are destroyed, NEVER to be reborn. plus, thanks to the complete lack of gun control, citizens would be able to engage in geurilla warfare without having to worry about their own government arresting them. |
